On Saturday, March 7, 2009, the Chapel of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity at Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, California was dedicated by the Archbishop of Los Angeles, Roger Cardinal Mahony.
Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity chapel is prominently located at the head of the main quadrangle at Thomas Aquinas College. This central location reflects the important role of faith in the pursuit of wisdom. Visitors will first see the chapel with its curvilinear apse upon entering the campus by way of the stone gate, and then enter the quadrangle through a limestone arch and an octagonal pavilion. The design for the chapel is inspired by the churches of Southern California as well as by the Catholic tradition.
